The 30-hectare estate has five self-standing villas, each with private terraces, hammocks, and views of the sea and countryside. The estate is on a walking trail of Rota Vicentina, and the nearest beach is 2 km away.
Villas & Accommodation
The self-standing air-conditioned villas are offered as Villa with Sea View, with private entrance, exposed wood-beam ceilings, stone walls, and a seating area with fireplace. Each villa has a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette, and two terraces, with a private bathroom in every unit. All villas are in the centre of the 30-hectare estate for direct access to the natural surroundings.
Breakfast & Dining
The breakfast delivered to the villa includes fresh fruits and vegetables, breads, jam, cheeses, croissants, eggs, cold meats, coffee, milk, juice, yogurts, and local honey. A barbecue area with BBQ facilities is on the estate, and a bar is on the property. Several restaurants within 1500 m are reachable on foot.
Pool & Activities
An outdoor salt-water pool with a view is open all year and has a fence around it. Sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and pool/beach towels are by the pool. Billiards, a games room, and water sport facilities are on site; private surfing lessons, surfboard rental, and surfboard repairs are available, and hiking and cycling are also possible.
